January 2023- Visiting Student from BC

In January, the group welcomed a visiting graduate student, Misha Zvekic, from Eric Krogh's group at Vancouver Island University. Misha worked closely with Holly for a 3-week period to conduct sample preparation of sixgill shark livers for the analysis of persistant organic pollutants, such as PFAS. They hope to publish the results from this work later this year. Farewell Misha, it was a great visit!
