Welcome to Centre for Nanostructure Imaging

Welcome to the Centre for Nanostructure Imaging at the University of Toronto! We began operation in April 2004. The facility, which is home to a comprehensive collection of Imaging and analytical microscopes, was jointly funded by the Canada Foundation for Innovation (CFI) and the Ontario Innovation Trust. The facility is among the first of its kind in North America to be housed within a Chemistry Department, reflecting the growing importance of imaging technology in materials chemistry and nanotechnology.

We hope that you will enjoy our new website with improved design, search capabilities and mobile support. Please feel free to send us your questions, comments or suggestions.
