A postdoctoral position is available in the area of complex fluids, gels, microfluidics, and cellular and biomolecular research. Polymer and Materials Science Ph.D. program requirements: A Ph.D. degree in the Kumacheva group generally takes 4-4.5 years. A M.Sc. degree generally takes 2 years.
Students who start off in the M.Sc. program direct transfer
to Ph.D. in their 2-nd year or write a M.Sc. Thesis and then transfer
to the Ph.D. program.
Graduate students are generally registered in the Polymers and
Materials Science Program, Nanoscience or Interdisciplinary program.
